I Don’t Even Go On The Internet Anymore
I don’t. I was barely on the internet yesterday, just to check my email. This weekend, not so much. I just went online a couple days ago to find a recipe for a cold pasta salad. Mmm yummy.
Also, this is Day 3 of no pop. Yep, I’m doing it….again. Trying to quit pop is tough. This time, my will is strong =]

I have gone 2 and a half weeks and have only had one Pepsi.
You had to get on the Internet to post this update.
Impressive. I couldn’t do it.
What’s pop? Is that a drug or something? O.o?
Blogging for me ebbs and flows. The way of life!

POP!
Not ssssssssooooo………Ahem. xP
Switch to diet soda, you will drink much less. Your body craves the sugar and/or caffeine.
I agree with agnophilo; then slowly cut that off too.
@agnophilo - I agree 100%
I went from drinking pop daily beginning in early childhood to quitting cold turkey when I was 19. Haven’t had any since. I only crave it about twice a year or so but, honestly can’t remember the taste anymore so it’s not difficult to tell myself no anymore. That withdrawl phase lasts awhile then the strong cravings last about 6 months unfortunatly. Gets better after that. Dark pop is especially bad for you btw (due to the chemicals and carmel coloring used to give it its color). Sounds like you’re doing well so far. Keep it up! As for the internet, thats something I’d be hard pressed to give up being home most of my days.
Soda is tough to kick, I gave it up for Lent one year. (Before I changed my tactics on lent).
How’d ya get here?lol
