Dan: The Sick Man (updated) [122]
Sooo, I was getting ready for work this morning and saw what had been Dan’s latest post, about him dying. I was SURE he was laughing his ass off at the people that a) thought he was a sick jerk for what he did and b)people believing that he was really dead. But I had to leave for work, so I had no time for shenanigans.
Whilst driving to work, I started a little Ode to Dan. Here it goes:
Don’t be too mad at Dan,
He’s just a really sick man.And, that’s all the further I got, because when I got to work, it was chaos here, and I had to throw my brain into my job. I don’t know if I’ll ever finish my Ode to Dan.
Really, I’m starting to think his antics are as funny as he thinks they are, because everytime he posts something controversial, people say the same thing: “Dan, you’ve gone too far” or “Dan, this is over the top, even for you.” The thing is, I’m starting to think there IS no over the top for Dan.
I also think it’s amusing that there are still people out there who don’t know who Dan is. As much as I love Dan, he’s just a man, and while people may think he’s overrated, he’s a nice guy….even though he starts many controversies.
Anyway, it’s about time for me to get back to work, but I’ll try and comment on a few before I throw my brain again…it’s so hectic around here these days…
I’ve been on the internet for too long…but I will say I read almost all of the comments on Dan’s post, and get the gist of what happened. Anyway, I have some reprimands to give to some employees, chao.
Oh yeah, and even though it wasn’t the best way to announce you don’t believe a post, well, whatever I suppose. I really have to throw my brain back now…don’t want to get fired for being on the internet too long…

Don’t throw your brain too hard!
I am sorry, but I didn’t agree with what he did. The family and friends are grieving through this..anyone who wants to act as cold as to make light of it, well then they don’t have much of a heart. Dan is too much of two sides. Why don’t we ever see the real guy? which one is the real guy? I don’t appreciate people who make light of a serious situation. Period. And he does confuse me, one minute he shows such a mean and almost cruel side the next I see a nice guy…which one is true? We all want to say he is good and nice and all..but I haven’t seen that a lot and whatev. We all say don’t take it so seriously..but when it comes to hurting people who are grieiving over anothers death…that DOES go too far for me. Dan may be a good guy deep down…but I dont see it really.
And hope your day didn’t go too badly and you get to relax some.

I’m one of those people who don’t know Dan. I think I’ve only visited his site once or twice, so I don’t have any opinion on him.
I talked to Dan. He said he never once doubted the truth of jstickman’s death.
perhaps Dan should be treated as if all Xangans believed HIS post

@crazy2love - I don’t want to be paid back. I was just doing it for fun and to see if it could be done. Actually I have decided that in normal every day usage there are at least 50 minis I would never use. I have a bunch of credits and have no real use for them. They are only good for giving away.
Dan is quite a good person… sometimes… well most of the time.
