A [mini] Rant
I don’t get it. I just thought of this…
So, I’ve watched Bones on Fox for years, every since the show started. Why does Bones have an apartment? She is an intelligent woman, and I would think that SHE would think that renting an apartment is a waste of money because renting gets you nowhere. I would think that she sees that owning a house would be more valuable. Well, I suppose she doesn’t place value in objects. But all the same. Maybe I’m not explaining myself clearly. I don’t know. Whatever.

I get it. People always asked why did I rent and not buy. Well at that time the market was way too high for someone single straight out of college. Maybe the market is way to high for her to own alone.
Actually, in some housing markets, it’s much more beneficial to rent.
Besides, just because someone’s intelligent doesn’t mean they want to live in a house. Or that they even think of it. Why would a single, workaholic woman buy a house anyway?
