Infuriated
I am way more than pissed at my boss. He straight up lied to my face about how much work was left before he left for the day. He left at 9:30. Look, it’s about 1AM and I’m still here, with more work to do. And almost everyone else is still here. Shocker.
We do business between two buildings in two cities. He and I work here, and another lead works there. The other building has to pick the parts and we put it away here. My supervisor told me they were almost done. An hour after he left, I called over there and they weren’t even close to being done yet. Try again.

@democrab - I know!! I’m serisouly thinking about reporting this infraction to HIS superior because I don’t think he’s a good supervisor anyway…

Hi there, you’re in the same blogring as me so I just got curious, ended up here and read your post.
I had a boss like that last summer, then she would call us and say things like “I’m on a boat out in the sun and it’s so nice and warm” while we had to stress to death and work our asses off inside. I hated her. She even tried to give us less money, but I reported that to HER boss because I got so pissed, so at least I got my money back and I don’t think they were too happy with her…

talk to him. i am learning in my organizational behavior class that you must confront things more haha. its scary to be confrontational but =that is how u get respect..
