Are You Serious?!
I am so sorry I wasn’t on Xanga for 5 days.
I will never do it again.
I lost 2 friends in 5 days!
This is upsetting.
Plus, my blogs are shorter. Well, it seems like no one reads my longer ones!! All anyone reads are my quick little blurbs that don’t have anything to do with anything.

You made your site simple yet elegant. The pictures are a nice touch. I see that you have a wide variety of interests and observations here but your readers have short attention spans!

@stoneyrocks_socks - I know. I’ve gotten both very busy and lazy. I’m busy, but when I’m not, I totally feel like being lazy and doing nothing constructive…no wonder I never get anything done… =]

@stoneyrocks_socks - lol, real life. I’m starting to think Xanga is a part of my real life. Right now, it’s the only writing I do, and I have to write. I think it’s what I was born to do.
@crazy2love - !!! i think this same thing, although im not very good at it. that’s why i’m more active on xanga, putting more effort in my posts to help find my voice as a writer. i would love to see something you’ve written off xanga if you have it available and are willing to share it
@stoneyrocks_socks - Most of what I have is poetry. I’ve only started on a novel. I have seven whole pages!!! (See what I mean about doing nothing productive?? I’ve had seven pages for about 2 or 3 months)
@crazy2love - lol but still, its something! im finishing up a fanfiction (DON’T LAUGH) that i’ve really put thought into. its with a completely original story with original characters, its just fanfiction cause of the content having to do with the actual published content. i love poetry, but was never really good at it. i envy those who can pull it off well. im curious to this novel, can you give me a synopsis?
@stoneyrocks_socks - It’s about a vampire who’s a few centuries old and he was raised in a Roman Catholic orphanage in the 1700′s because his parents died of the plague. He gets turned when he’s about 17 or 18, and he hates what he is. He’s a painter, but he never shares his work, he hides it. He falls in love with this woman and it turns to obsession as she runs from him, but he chases her around the world. He finally catches up to her in his hometown and has a conflict deciding to turn her or not. It’s going to be awesome when it’s finished.
@crazy2love - it sounds as awesome you say it will be. i like dark tales as this. the inhibitions he has as a painter will be great to explore as a reader so i have some high hopes for when you’re finished! keep me updated on this, please?
i remember reading the anne rice novels, thats how i was introduced to vampire books. queen of the damned was excellent, seeing the movie first, i was delighted to see more about akasha and her background. in the movie, it seemed aaliyah as queen akasha was the ONLY highlight.
I prefer longer blogs they give me something to do. xx xx
