  • Trouble Sleeping

    I know I haven’t been around much for weeks.

    I’ve had trouble sleeping for weeks. Sometimes I can’t fall asleep for an hour or more. Sometimes I wake up constantly. Sometimes I have both these problems.

    Tonight I fell asleep just fine. Took me about 20 minutes. But now I’m awake. It’s the fourth time, and I went to bed less than 2 hours ago.

    Why am I having such troubles sleeping? It started when my sister was in the hospital. When I was worried and anxious about her. But now she’s out of the hospital and back to “normal,” but I’m still have problems sleeping. sigh. I suppose I’ll try and get back to sleep now…I’m having lunch with Cody tomorrow. So I need to wake up and shower and everything. Even though I wish I could sleep the day away…

    Also, I think I form depending relationships too quickly. Maybe another blog for another time…

    Please help me cuz I’m breaking down…..

  • It might be due to stress about other things. Have you considered seeing a specialist?

  • well maybe its becuz you are still worried about have you tried going over and spending time with her?

  • I sometimes have problems sleeping as well. It’s either stress or you have insomnia.

  • I’ve been having difficulties sleeping with all the storms that come through at night

  • I am in and out of the hospital alot, and have anxiety disorders mixed with depression so my sleep schedule is absolutely trashed, no matter how tired I am I cannot fall/ stay asleep. I recommend a sleep cd, I made mine using sleep cds, meditation cds and just typing “relaxation” into the itunes store search. I play it every night, it is about an hour long, just loudly enough for me to hear it. I have found while it doesn’t completely solve the problem it definitely helps. If you need any cd recommendations or song recommendations to use feel free to ask me.
