Chaos Theory
My boyfriend, Nick, wanted me to write a post about something that I believe in.
I believe that everything in the universe is connected through energy.
Obviously, everything isn’t directly connected. It’s more of an indirect connection. So particle A is connected to particle B, which in turn is connected to particle C. Therefore, A is connected to C thru B. Particle B has a reaction to something A did, thus particle C has a reaction to B…and so on and so on. This is, in essence, a ripple effect, or the butterfly effect. However, the butterfly effect (or chaos theory) implicates that a small reaction grows as it moves through the energies. The theoretical example of the butterfly effect is that a butterfly’s fluttering wings can cause a hurricane in another part of the world.
Now, all matter does not have energy. Energy is measured by its mass. However, as soon as there is a proper reaction around it, the matter will become energy, and have mass. Those reactions cause other reactions around them, and so on. See? The universe is indirectly connected through spiderwebs of energy.
The reason I’m talking about this is because of how we met, and Nick wanted me to connect this belief of mine with that.
We met online, on AIM, a few weeks ago. It was early morning of November 27th, in fact, around 2AM. We’ve called our happenstance meeting fate. You see, I normally don’t have problems falling asleep. I do have trouble sleeping, though. I wake up in the middle of the night many times, but I haven’t had trouble falling asleep for years. The night of the 26th, I went to sleep at about 10:30. Or tried to. I laid awake for a very, very long time. I was wide awake. Finally, at 12:40AM, I sat up in bed and decided that sleep was futile. It would not come. So I went on the computer. I tooled around on Xanga and Facebook for a little bit, but I was bored. I wanted to talk to someone. So I went on Vampire Freaks, a place where I knew I would talk to people.
So I went on there for the first time in many months. I was talking to someone and they asked if we could talk on AIM. I said sure. I’ve had this computer for nearly a year, but I had never downloaded AIM. That’s how long it had been since I’ve been on there. So I was talking to this guy and all of a sudden I get a chat room invite from a totally random person I didn’t know. And in this chat room, was Nick. Nick and I ended up talking until 6:30 in the morning. He added me on FB, and that was pretty much the start of talking for hours every day.
See what I mean about reactions? All those things had to happen in order for me to meet him. For Nick, it started when he marched in an Occupy march. He walked for many hours and his sleeping schedule got messed up. So then he went out of town to see his college football team play a game. They lost, and when he got home, he stayed up instead of sleeping because he was pissed off.
For me, some kind of energy was keeping me awake that night. I think the energy started making its way toward me when he walked in that march. I don’t know the origins of the energy, but that’s what I think.
So that’s that!! I love him, and I can’t wait until he visits me January 10th-16th!!! I have a countdown on my phone: 22 days!! <3
Also, I’ve obviously unlocked this blog. I think I will start using this one again. I’m no longer worried about the bitch that was reading my shit when I locked it up, lol.

I am with you on this. Everything happens for a reason. I think you did a great job explaining how all that works. Welcome back to your old site!
Interesting concept.
Everything happens for a reason
. I call it God’s hand at work and you call it the chao theory…everybody sees it at work though no matter what you call it. To be honest with you, I had a similar situation happen with my boyfriend now. Not exactly the same, but we met online, had a connection similar to what you’ve described and now we’ve finally been able to meet and be together and it’s been amazing. I’m excited to hear how it goes for you guys…I’m sure it’ll be great
.
Particles are only standing waveforms, eddys if you will…illusions. The wave structure of matter interconnects all things, explains Heisenberg’s uncertainty principle and Einstein’s spooky action at a distance theory. Hugh Everett’s (check out his son’s band The Eels) doctoral thesis included theories of multiple universes but his major professor had him cut those parts out. Truth is stranger than fiction.

I’m like a ball of yarn. I’m big on string theory.
Energy = Information

very interesting
I’m glad to be able to read this again. It’ll be a lot more of the you with whom I am accustomed.
Nick sounds great.
Yay! I always did like this blog. :)
I definitely believe in that, too – and have a similar story!
wow, deep thoughts for me to be reading at 12:37am
Sooo happyyy for yooouuuuuu!!! I recently found myself in a similar situation with someone from Tumblr
Funny how things turn out, right? The universe is on your side
You that wide_eyed_girl?
You still a waitress and get hit on?
Very cool how you two met. And, welcome back!
its good to hear of that you’ve met a new guy whom you really love since we’ve been separated last time and i got mine too now.
They talked about this in Jurassic Park, right? RIGHT?
Whoa.. crazy! You’re so lucky! Good luck and hope your meeting is wonderful
Nice post…have a happy 2012
