FIRST!!
I wonder if I’ll ever get to the status when people yell FIRST when they are the first one to leave a comment on my post. You think?
It’s like, we’re taking a road trip and everyone starts yelling “SHOT GUN!!”
It’s exciting, like when you’re starving at Thanksgiving and and you’re THE FIRST one in line for food, so you can get the stuffing from IN the bird (because it’s the best, you know)….. Then I start talking like “you betcha dontcha know!”
I don’t actually say those things. Well, I say “you know” a lot, but I don’t say “dontcha know.” Ya know. People tell me that I have a very Minnesotan accent. I don’t hear it. So I say “Minn-ahhh-SOOOda.” Ha.
Well, there I go, off on a tangent, dontcha know.
You know how lima beans contain cyanide? Well, I wrote this on a post-it a while back, “Tony, lima beans contain cyanide. Just so you know.” and he put it on his computer. My old boss, the second shift supervisor, wrote me a note, “Have a lima bean sandwich.” Woah, I didn’t know he wanted me to die. When I dyed my hair black, he stopped dead in his tracks and said, “What did you do to your hair?! I LIKE that!” He put extra emphasis on “LIKE.” Creepy. Ya know.

I’m first!!!! Wooohoooo!
Awesome, I actually was. xD But for the real comment….I say Minnasoda too. But then I am a wisconsin raised. I say soda…pop. Everybody has ways of saying things, it is where you live and I think that is awesome.
I’m second?!
crap.
I met a Minnesotan a few years back and the poor girl was torn to shreds by a Virginian and a Pennsylvanian for her accent. I think it’s kind of a cute accent lol.
Third!
Everyone above are losers =P
I’m 350835083058308530th. =p
SECOND!!!!
I like it when people type “FIRST” but between the time they wrote that and the time they hit submit, 4 other people said the same thing.
There ya go. A few other people hit submit before I did just like that.
I speak Wisconics. You could tell the people who had lived in Minnesota all their life based on their accent. When I was in New Ulm I started to pick up the accent. The strangest accents I’ve ever heard were from Watertown, SD. It was a mix between the Minn-eee-soda accent and a southern accent.
Crap, i’m just way off… lol no point even saying which position i’m commenting in, lol
and yea, that’s just a little bit creepy, ya know? lol
Ninth!
I don’t understand why it’s so cool to be first. I prefer to be 10th.
Eleventh’s always been my taste.
oh cool i didn’t know lima beans got that….
and i found out that peanuts are part of the bean group hmmm that’s weird
i gotta brooklyn accent they claim… dunno what that means lol

Thank you for giving me a reason to hate lima beansSpeaking as a dedicated 2nd shifter I feel safe in saying there is something wrong with all of ussomething really really wrong@puella_sapiens216 - Pennsylvanian picking on anybody for their accent? now thats just wrong
@godfatherofgreenbay - I still speak Sconsin, but I do it with a Minni-soda accent now.
I am last but not least one:)
eighteenth!!
Not quite the same effect.
Wow…you did reach that status. Hmm…creepy bosses. That’s not good.
I love lima beans!
Hahaha, creepy ya know! Dontcha know. I love the MN accent. When I moved here from CA I laughed at the way everyone talked and now I think that my friends out there have a funny accent when I call them. Ha!
yelling “first” is so 2007.
This comment was not first :[
I moved to Wisconsin a year ago from Indiana, and I’m totally picking up the accent. My o’s are getting much longer. I’m not sure how I feel about it.
NOT FIRST!
Last.
