For some reason, I was just thinking about this.
A few years ago, I went to a sex toy party with a friend of mine. She’s been pretty sheltered her whole life, her mom is one of those bible-banging crazy about the religion Christians.
So anyway, after everyone else left, my friend and I were sleeping over at the person’s house, and the hostess of the party and the owner of the house put in porn, and the 4 of us watched porn together. My friend thought this was weird and awkward.
I didn’t really care.
I was wondering if you’ve ever watched porn with friends. Do you think it’s weird, or do you think it’s kind of a normal thing?

I don’t watch it. I think it’s something that’s become fairly normal. I choose steering clear of it.

I watched it once with a mix of guys and girls, it wasn’t awkward or weird, it was like Mystery Science Theater 3000.. a whole lot of dialogue going on by us all.
I’ve never watched it friends before… I don’t think that’d work out very well unless there are members of the opposite sex who enjoy porn watching with us.
Porn can do quite a wonder to the shy ones. It turns you from a shy, young nerd to a sexpot. Haha!
I go to porno sites with my friends sometimes, so no, I don’t think its all that weird.

I think one of the most interesting times in my life was when a friend and I were in 6th or 7th grade and we went to his house after school. His sister was there with a group of her friends and they were all watching porn. It ended up where everyone was mocking the porn.
I don’t really see a problem with it, but why would a group of friends watch PORN together? It seems to me that porn is for jacking off…not something you typically do w/ your friends
I’ve had some bad experiences with porn. Three times I saw some on accident. The first time, I was at my friend’s house and we were using her parent’s computer. The keyboard’s keys were sticky and didn’t always work. So we were gonna go to YouTube to look up some anime stuff, and Katie (my friend) typed in “youtube.com” and hit enter. But it came up on the computer as “tube.com”, and we figured “Oh, let’s just let it load and then we’ll change it” because the computer was one of the ones where if you click anything while it’s loading, it might freeze. And when the page came up, guess what it was? Porn. We screamed and changed the page really fast. Luckily no one but us was at the house.
The other two times it was on my uncle’s virus-ridden computer that he failed to warn me about. I never said anything to my grandmother, who was in the room, and she didn’t notice. The last time was last summer. My mom’s friend was over and he asked me if he could watch something called “Bikini Royale” while I was in the room. Since “Royale” makes me think “Rumble Royale” from WWE, I thought that it was girls in bikinis fighting, so I let him watch it. Oh, was I wrong. I am now mentally scarred.
So yeah. Nani + Porn = No Good.

now, it makes me feel icky. partially because i don’t masturbate. the topic of a post soon to come.
i have watched alone as non of my female partners had ever expressed a desire to watch. i dont really see anything really wrong with some of it. but after ahwile it is jsut the same old thing but with different players. i feel it can be educational and helpful to couples to help with arousal. but some of it i find it demeaning to women
An ex and I used to enjoy turning the volume completely down and speaking for the actors/actresses in the movie.
I think it’s like anything else we do in groups, it can bond us together or cause up to feel uncomfortable, maybe enough to leave the group. Is it normal for us to watch two guys fight until one is unconscious? Is it normal for friends to watch and laugh as people do things that are humiliating?
We do those things and more.
I don’t watch porn. But, I do think it would be a bit weird to watch with friends.

In 5th there was a hot line called 1800tellme, and if you dug through the different things on the 1800 number you could find vocal sex stories, so I would listen to those in 5th grade with my one friend Jamie. Now that I think about it, those things were really odd…but we were all just curious.

I watched porn on 2 occasions with a firend the first was an accident late night movie.. that was akward.. second time were were drunk so it made no difference to me
I think it depends on your preferences, I feel like watching porn is a personal (private) thing – like having sex, but if you’re into being an exhibitionist and menage-a-trois’ than you wouldn’t have a problem with watching porn together. I would personally find it very awkward.

Yeah I have. Usually it’s when we’re in a goofy/tipsy mood. We pop it on for background noise and just…chatter. Sometimes we comment critically on the movie. Haha. ♥
I can watch it with friends, but not to get turned on. We usually laugh at it.
I’ve watched porn with a friend a few times…but there was some drinking involved so it didn’t really bother either of us. Sober though, I don’t really know. With this particular friend, I can’t see why it would be awkward.
