  • Anorexia

    I haven’t been eating like I should, and people have taken notice. I eat at lunch only half the time, I almost never eat breakfast, and I haven’t been eating dinner. Cody bought a bowl of cheese cubes and grapes at lunch today, and he didn’t eat it all. I had 2 pieces of pizza. He gave me the cheese and the 3 grapes that were left. When we got back to our desks from lunch, he told me to eat the cheese. I said that I already ate. He said he didn’t care, eat the cheese. I asked him why he’s trying to make me fat. He told me not to worry about that.

    I’ve lost somewhere between 20-22 pounds.

  • there are lots of reasons why you may not be hungry.  depression is the biggest.  loosing some weight can be healthy. i dont eat right during the summer. at work i will eat breakfast but not again until dinner. i drink a lot of water at work. on my days off, i will eat lunch and a dinner.  i could stand to loose weight. but i agree with the above comments.

  • I agree with lonelystrangergirl.  Allowing your ED to take over only makes the depression and other issues worse.

  • Please be careful and try to eat even if it is just a bit of fruit for breakfast. it is better than nothing for that meal. No skipping meals.

    I just don’t you gettin’ sick.

  • If you’re noticing now then now is the time you need to get help. And posting “thinspo” is definitely not going to help.

  • @MagisterTom - completely agree. you can lose the same amount of weight and do it the healthy way. i promise. if its depression making you not hungry, you need to get  help with that now. don’t wait. please. take care *hugs*

    Get help before you get lost. Anorexia nervosa is about more than just not eating.

  • As others have said, anoroxia isn’t something to let continue if it is starting. It will help you cope with stress to begin with, it’s an escape, but it will also dominate your life and make you it’s slave for a long time. If it doesn’t take your life that is.
