  • This Fucking SUCKS

    I mean, really, you can’t eat. It’s all fruits and vegetables. UGH. I can’t even splurge once a day. Not even once a week. Fruits and veggies, then more fruits and veggies. If you can only eat 1200 calories in the day, you might as well not eat anything good. Just stuff your fucking face with fruits and veggies. I can’t even drink one goddamn pop a day. I feel like crying. I probably shouldn’t even drink my coffee in the morning with some cream and sugar because that’s probably like a third of my fucking calories for the day.

    If you can’t tell, I’m fucking frustrated. THIS FUCKING SUCKS AND I CAN’T TAKE IT.

    As if eating a steak is going to really make your day better.

    Get sweet and low, and soy milk for your coffee if it means that much to you.

  • Oh dear, then don’t?  Dropping straight down to 1200 cals a day is probably a surefire way to go to diet hell.

  • Honey, weight watchers! You don’t have to do this to yourself. Weight watchers makes it easy. It allows you to get the necessary amount of calories, grams of fat, and fiber–and then stopping. You DON’T have to starve yourself! Counting calories is no way to live. 

  • *hugs* sorry. I’ve never dieted, I resorted to diet pills, which I will say DON”T DO! But go to weight watchers like Ampersands_Anonymous said. I hope your able to conquer and do it!

  • Oh geez, weight watchers is a scam. You can eat plenty more than fruits and veggies, especially if you eat meats. I personally don’t, but I still get tons of food in. Nuts are excellent, they have a bit of calories but they fill you up. Healthy cereals are wonderful too. I think that 1200 calories is TOO low for you, I would try 1,400 with exercise…especially with exercise. Because 1,200 is really the bottom end and you don’t want to feel so deprived that you freak out and revert back. Also, for sandwiches try using the low-calorie 45 calorie bread by Sara Lee, it really helps. 

  • While fresh fruits and veggies are a great start toward being healthier and I don’t think anyone should make food their happiness, I also think that 1,200 calories a day is simply not enough to run a human body on. I think you’d need more like 1,600 or 1,800 at the least?

  • -huggles- i totally agree, dieting is shit. lol i have been at the same weight (within around 5 lbs) for THREE MONTHS!!! it’s like “hello! move down the damn scale already!” D:
