Should I?
Should I start a fitness blog? This would NOT be a thinspo blog!!!! This would be a blog where I record exactly what I eat and drink everyday, what exercises I do (IF I do any), my weight and any gain/loss…in order to get myself healthier. There would be NO thinspo photos involved. What do you think?

If I get hungry during the day or when I’m traveling, I’ll … I try to limit myself to that single daily indulgence … Beach Diet Supercharged: Faster Weight Loss and Better Health ?
If you are doing it to get healthy and it’s something that will motivate you, sure!
Pawnshop_heart said exactly what I was going to mumble.
It can be good to keep track of stuff, especially exercises. Gives you a target, something to meet or exceed the next day. I’d do 100 lbs 10 reps x 3 sets. The next week, add 10 lbs etc. (just an example) In a few months, you’d be amazed at the increase in core strentgth. It’s a very good idea. Go for it!
It’s up to you but I personally prefer using Sparkpeople.com’s fitness trackers, especially the nutrition one. It’s free! Ugh… that reminds me… I should be putting my food in there. Bah!
that would be a great way for you to keep track
If it will help you in your journey to losing the weight that needs to be lost, than you should.
If you think it’ll help keep yourself accountable, I say do it.
It’s your blog!
