I’ve lost
10 pounds. Part of it is from not eating out, part of it is from eating less.
There’s a lot of stairs in my new house, and my mom told me I’d be skinny in no time. (Ha I doubt that. I will never be skinny)

Stairs do help btw. and if you want to lose I am sure you could.
Ten pounds is a lot…but maybe time to make it more healthy way of losing? (not trying to be rude in that comment).
My mum runs up and down stairs. Like if she needs to go upstairs, she’ll go up, down, up down then up… just for that bit of extra work-out, haha.

Congrats! Stay positive. Sometimes the power of positive thinking can help you achieve weightloss. I always took the stairs in college and it won me a contest for having the best butt on campus so…

Me on the other hand, my goal is to gain weight and I am overjoyed to finally reach the 230 lb mark. I am shooting for 275 but I am not sure if that is practically maintainable yet.
