Because I get annoyed with all the debate talk and political crap that ensues before and after these things.
I honestly don't care what either of them say, because they're both liars, crooks, cheats, corrupt...I could go on with the list of words, but I'll stop. In passing I've seen posts here and on FB about so and so being caught in a lie contrary to what they've previously said or done...and all I can say is, gee, you think? in complete, dripping sarcasm.
Anyway, I've been trying to focus on homework. It's difficult, sometimes, when all I want to do is make things..jewelry, candles, etc.. I made three pretty bracelets yesterday...and I wish I could make more now..but I still have another chapter to read. GAHH.
I bought some stuffs today..soap from Courtney, a necklace from Marica, and some OPI polish that Kylie is sporting and I had to have because I drooled every time I saw it..it's a gorgeous red with gold sparkles. I can't wait to have that bottle in my hands...
Anyway, I hope all is well with everyone...

There is an election coming up?
I still like to be informed about politics, even if I do not care for them. I care enough to be aware, because so many of the subject effect my life; and if it's the only way I can sway my future, then you can bet every cent you have that I will be harnessing that opportunity. It's taken a lot of time for me to get to the point where I can read what others think about politics and just laugh. Perhaps a desperate laugh at how uninformed so many people are.
It's a shame that you feel the need to avoid this place for that reason.
I guess I get ticked off with the amount of time people put in and don't get any recognition.
That's why I'm voting third party. I'm tired of the hypocrisy too.

I'm not liking all the political drama too on FB and Xanga. I'm finally a registered voter so I'm "liking" a few things on FB, but other than that I avoid commenting on such things. It irritates me. I just want Election Day to pass so that this shit can end. Also, I'm terribly annoyed with the kajillion TV commercials!

Unfortunately politics like this devides up the country rather than bringing us together. I'm sure our opposition (other non-allied countries) don't mind a bit.
The partisanship is killing our country.. We all need to work together to heal this broken nation. I don't watch TV cuz I don't want to see the political ads...
I hope people see the light (of working TOGETHER ...and not for special interest groups) soon..before it's too late.
